CCHT Prep

Honor code

This is a study tool for people who will be responsible for patients on dialysis. That sets the standard for what belongs here.

Do not share real exam content

NNCC exam items are confidential. Posting, requesting or passing on remembered exam questions is a breach of the agreement you sign to sit the exam, and it can cost you the credential. We will remove it and close the account.

It also does not work. The exam tests whether you can act correctly at the chair; memorising leaked items does not build that, and the exam is rewritten anyway.

What we ask

  • Do your own practice sets and mock exams. A score you did not earn tells you nothing useful about whether you are ready.
  • Do not share your account. Your readiness score is only meaningful if it reflects one person.
  • Report questions you believe are wrong rather than working around them. Accuracy here affects how people treat patients.
  • Be decent to other users. If you are helping someone study, help them understand it, not memorise an answer key.

Why this matters more here

A certification exam for a clinical role is not an obstacle to get past. The things it tests — recognizing hemolysis, responding to an air embolism, catching a failing access — are the things that decide whether a patient in front of you is safe. Passing without knowing them is worse than failing.
