Terms of use

Last updated September 2026

ⓘ Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer

These terms are a working draft written to describe how the site actually operates. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be before any money changes hands.

What this service is

CCHT Prep provides practice questions, flashcards and study material for the Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician examination. It is a study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission or C-NET.

No guarantee of a result

Nothing here guarantees that you will pass the CCHT examination. Scores on this site are produced by our own questions and are an indication only. Eligibility, fees, scheduling and the exam blueprint are set by NNCC and can change without notice to us — confirm them directly.

Not clinical advice

Content here is written for exam preparation. It is not clinical instruction and must not be used to make decisions about a real patient. Follow your facility's protocols, your prescriber's orders and your scope of practice.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts are not shared or transferred.
  • You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to hold an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post real NNCC exam content, identifiable patient information, or anything that harasses another user. See the honor code and community guidelines. Accounts that breach these are closed.

You may not scrape, bulk-copy or redistribute the question bank. The questions and explanations are original work.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change or be withdrawn. Do not rely on it as your only study material in the days before your exam.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted. We may close an account that breaches these terms.

Changes

These terms will change as the service does. Material changes will be notified to account holders.
